About CN premium servers:

PandaFan Cloud Travel currently offers two types of servers:

Premium servers (with names beginning with CN) — may experience fluctuations
These are specially optimized for network conditions in mainland China, available only to customers in China, and consume premium data.
Regular servers (US, JP, TW, etc.) — unaffected
These cover global regions and are available to users in all locations, including China, consuming regular data.

If you usually use regular servers, your service will not be affected.

What’s happening?

We are currently in a period of heightened network sensitivity. CN premium servers are experiencing interference from multiple sources during operation. The PandaFan technical team is working intensively to explore technical solutions to mitigate these issues.

While most premium servers remain stable and usable thanks to our efforts, we cannot predict whether the situation will persist or deteriorate.

During this period, we may temporarily disable the SSLTide protocol access for premium servers and keep only Hysteria2 (HY2) protocol access. The connection protocols for CN servers may be adjusted at any time based on actual conditions. Meanwhile, some premium servers may become temporarily inaccessible in certain regions.

We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.

What should I do?

If you notice that CN servers are temporarily unavailable, you are advised to switch to regular servers in other regions and refresh your server data, as server information may have been updated.

How to update server information?

macOS / Windows official client
Open the client → go to Account → click Update Account / Service Info. If you are still using an older version (before 2.1.2), please update the client. If you cannot update, download the full installer or replacement version from the “Download” page in the top-right corner of the website.
Other clients

When will the premium servers return to normal?

These complex restrictions go beyond technical solutions, so we cannot predict how the situation will evolve.

We plan to conduct further tests and adjustments in mid-March.
